Mentor Feedback

Throughout the span of the Project, I had multiple changes due to the feedback given to me. This feedback included the arrangement of the tab sections, the images in each of those tabs, and the dialogue shown in the “My Experience” tab. All the people who contributed helped me create this wonderfully packed Project with a hint of fun and hard work. They shaped my view of how getting help makes things better, because without it, I couldn’t even imagine what this website would be.

A hard point during the summer was when I was teaching Joe, from the “My Experience” tab, about soccer  and realized that the way I was teaching wasn’t very effective because he had said he didn't understand what I was referring to. Instead of continuing, I decided to stop, get up, and play soccer while talking about it and teaching him that way. It was much better to experience something while learning it. Doing this tremendously increased his knowledge in other things like basketball, ping pong, and more. These all show that having feedback in the way you do things can lead to a much better result in the end.
